Gibraltar Gaming Association (GBGA) was established in 2005 to oversee all the gambling activities within the British Territory. The commission is located on southern part of the Iberian Peninsula and its stability is founded on the Gibraltar Rock iconic symbol.

Requirements for Obtaining GBGA License
All companies willing to obtain a license from the Gibraltar Gaming Association must keep in mind the following rules
- All online gamblers must provide personal information such as name, location, and date of birth
- The company bearing the license must take charge of all bank accounts
- All licensed companies must pay 1% tax to their gross profit
- The company must have a stable bankroll to pay all players in time
